Welcome to DZ Fiber Art, where we aim to provide high-quality fiber art pieces crafted with love and creativity. Before commissioning a piece, we ask that you carefully read over our terms of service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both parties involved.


We Don't Accept Deadline Commissions. Turnaround Time Is 1-6 Months

We Require Upfront Payment Of 30% Non-refundable Down Payment.
Clients Will Need To Cover Shipping And Handling Fees.

USA Repairs Are Good For Up To One Month. Client Pays For Return Shipping Both Ways.

Reserve The Right To Refuse Service.

We don't accept deadlines, however with our small queue you can expect a turnaround time of 1-6 months, we ensure that every project is completed with the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail. 



We require a non-refundable 30% down payment before beginning your custom order.

Remainder must be paid within 1-3 months. If cancellation should occur within the 3 months, reimbursement will be made once the product has been resold. 





We only ship to PayPal addresses to guarantee a safe transaction for both the buyer and seller.

Client is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

All packages come with a "USPS Tracking Number"

We offer international shipping to our customers, but please be aware that shipping and customs can be quite costly. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office and inquire with them.

"Work in progress photos" will be provided for products such as: Masks, tails and Partials.

During the early wip photos you'll have a opportunity to make changes.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have during the commission process. 



We offer free repairs for any of our clients within the US for up to one month of receiving the commissioned product. Client pays all shipping. I will only offer free repairs if the product has popped seams or fitting problems. If I receive the product and it has been treated poorly, I will have to charge you for the repair work that will need to be done.  I reserve the right to be discretionary in this area.
